The UK Government have launched the new Kickstart scheme to help you grow or build your business – with no investment on your part at all!

This scheme is for 16-24 year olds, to help get them back into work again and to provide them with suitable training during their time with you so that after the 6 months, the employee becomes even more marketable to their next potential employer.

Here’s what it offers:

  • – A grant for £1500
  • – 6 months worth of salary is provided to the employee (min wage)
  • – National Insurance contributions are paid for
  • – Pension Contributions are paid for

There is no obligation to keep the employee at the end of the 6 months

In order to get approved for the Kickstart scheme, you will have to provide suitable and adequate training for the new employee. You must use the grant money to help train and support the employee and you will be accountable for this.

If you haven’t got the time to write a training program, haven’t got the abilities too or haven’t got the time to actually train the employee with additional information (such as CV writing, interview technique, using Social Media…) then you could be at risk or being declined your application…but have no fear!

You could also go through a ‘Gateway Company’, These are companies that are pre-approved by the UK Government. Their training schemes are deemed adequate and suitable and usually get 100% approval rate for the businesses they work with.

This really is a great scheme and a great way to build or rebuild your business – by having free members of staff work for you, with no obligation to support them financially at the end.

Complete the form below to find out and I’ll get a member of my team to call you, at the time specified.
