Well… This year has been emotional!
I am forever trying to find the positive in something, despite being a complete Sh*$~fest this year!
We all have our battles, whether you think a lock down is right or wrong, it certainly proves that being a prime minister will never make you right, regardless.
I am personally, against the closure of so many businesses – I hate seeing clients, customers and clients who have now became real good friends – suffer and have to close. It’s heartbreaking.
What this year has offered though is time. I have spent more time with my 3 little girls and gorgeous wife, than ever before, which has ben undoubtedly my favourite part.
It has also allowed time for me to do other things too.
I managed to learn how to host my own website, without the use of a website designer, I have managed to write a book (coming soon!) called ‘Show Me The Money’, I have managed to re-write my entire app and I have built a very exciting relationship with My VIP Card, who offer discounts at over 4500 different venues across the country.
I have managed to set up the GBJ – Great Britain Jujitsu which will now be a national federation to pull together a Great Britain Squad for Sports Jujitsu.
I have managed to grow my taxi company, (PHAT Services) not by number of jobs (that’s dropped off the face of a cliff!) but I have managed to pull together more firms and drivers than ever before and we have more downloads than ever before.
Under ‘The Money Guy’ – I have supported 35 businesses in one way or another, financially. We have either worked together to save or make money. I have supported 27 individuals by either reviewing their expenditure or by acting for them and helping them reclaim bills.
I have managed to host my ‘Money Spinner’ Webinar for 3 networking groups – which is what I will be doing on January 7th 2021 for My VIP Card Business Bonanza.
I’ve been working with Andover Radio and LoveAndover more than ever, we are making more content together and I have learned how to do so much more in the studio. I can’t thank David, Ben and Craig (and the whole of the rest of the crew) enough – they are a great bunch of people who want nothing but the best and to showcase the best that Andover has to offer.
Special mention also befriending a chap called Luis Wyatt – a young talent who won 2 awards this year and rightfully so. Looking forward to working with him some more in the future, lovely fella who is absolutely smashing life at the moment.
This year has been tough mentally and financially, it’s a time for testing, to adapt, to figure out how you will keep your business surviving. For many of us, we have had to take to working from home and businesses across the nation are now selling their commercial properties because they’ve realised this new ay of working IS possible.
As always, I look forward to 2021. If you are a business owner or head of the household – please get in contact I’d love to have the opportunity to work with you, in a world where ensuring you keep as much money as possible in your pocket.
THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me in one way or another over the past 12 months, here’s to a much better 2021!!
